Call us to let us know a death has occurred and your loved one has been pronounced by a hospital, hospice, or medical examiner.
You will be in touch with a caring funeral director that will ask you a few questions about your loved one and their location to begin the process.
We will verify the information and coordinate the transfer of your loved one into our care. We will also give you an estimated time of arrival.
We transfer your loved one gently into our care. Shortly thereafter we will coordinate a time or fashion in which you would like to make arrangements with us and plan the services requested.
