Angelina Anderson, 68, passed away peacefully June 27, 2013 surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Anderson was born August 1, 1944 to the late Castor and Agustina Santo in Manila, Philippines. She was a devoted catholic and would attend St. Pius X Catholic Church often. She worked with Southland Industries for 20 years, retiring in 2003. Mrs. Anderson enjoyed knitting, watching Filipino TV, playing the lottery, playing games on her iPad, collecting dolls, religious figurines and spending time with her family and friends. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She will be deeply missed.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 39 years, Paul Anderson; three sons: John Anderson, William Anderson and wife Kelly, and Charles Anderson; two daughters, Tina Miles and husband Danny, Irenea Creech and husband Jesse; nine grandchildren: William Cage, Jacob Cage, David Cage, John Creech, Richard Creech, Brandon Creech, Kathryn Anderson, Grayson Anderson and Shelby Anderson; six great-grandchildren: Savannah Creech, Makayla Cage, Choloe Cage, Robert Cage, Joseph Cage and Cameron Cage; cousin, Cynthia Iverson and a special family friend, Tom Eicks.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm, Tuesday, July 2, 2013. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Family Choice Funerals and Cremations. Following the service at the funeral home, there will be a graveside service at 2:00 pm at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Suffolk.
