Anthony Noel Orr passed away on August 30, 2013 in Norfolk, Virginia. He was the son of Demetrius La’rue Orr and Porscha Truesdale of Norfolk.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by grandmother, Elizabeth Truesdale; aunts, Taniesha and Tracey Truesdale; and uncle, cornel Truesdale.
