Betty Jane Evans, 85, passed away on Friday, January 8th, 2016 in Norfolk. Born on May 16, 1930 in Pine Tops, North Carolina she was the daughter of the late William Henry and Cora Lee Battle. Mrs. Evans was a Registered Nurse for many years.
