Dear Frankie and family,
Our hearts are filled with grief for the loss of Bill and love for you. We are so very thankful that God gave us the blessing to meet and get to know you both. You are wonderful neighbors and Bill will be missed. We are here if you need us and our thoughts and prayers are with you.
We can still see Bill on his
3 wheel bike, even on oxygen,
peddling around our streets in Wordsworth Village. Always a smile, always ready to talk about our Lord. We will miss him very much. God bless you Frankie, we love you.
Donna, I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Bill’s death. I know he was a wonderful father to you. I’m sending my love & thoughts to you, Mrs. Frankie & Audra. May you find God’s peace & strength in this time. I love you my friend.
Dearest Frankie and girls:
May God wrap his arms around you and grant you strength in the coming days.
We will always remember our times with you and Bill.
Much love,
Tom and Tania
I will miss you, Uncle Bill! All the great stories of you and my Dad growing up, including that trip to Arizona in the convertible he never told me about! Aunt Francis, may you find joy in the good times, and comfort in this time of need. Our prayers will be with you. Love, Joe & Caryn Powell
Frankie and Audra,
Although I am truly blessed by where I am and how the Lord takes care of EVERYTHING, I do sometimes miss very much being in touch with the folk He has used in my life. I just found out about Bill’s death and this on-line memorial.
I hope that you already know how much your family contributed to the joy and privilege that was mine as your friend and pastor at KPC. Every single time I spoke with you or had a chance to spend a few moments sharing with you, I left with a smile, and a deep sense of the faithfulness and goodness of the Lord. You all represented Him well to me.
I will miss Bill until we can meet again. I will pray that you are fully comforted and can look forward with me to that happy time.

Across the miles….our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Billy was a cousin, classmate, and friend. Memories go back to grammar school and on thru our senior class graduation. A nice gentleman and an interesting fellow.
