Billie Sue Ketaner, 61, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 21st, 2018.

Mrs. Ketaner was born December 7th, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Carl and Carol Russell. Billie Sue loved life and loved meeting new people. She loved a good party and always brought a smile. If anyone knew Billie Sue, they knew right away it was her family and her love of animals that brought her smile out. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish her memory is: two daughters, Michelle Bertram and husband Robert, Rebecca Kaleda and husband Martino; six grandchildren: Joshua Bertram, Kiresten Bertram, Tyler Petrozzo, Jasmine Petrozzo, Isabella Kaleda and Elisabetta Kaleda; two sisters, Kathy Hamilton and husband Michael, Dawn Russell and Mr. Russell??; three brothers: Joe Russell, Rick Russell, Dave Russell and wife Pam. Mrs. Ketaner is preceded in death by her loving husband of over 22 years, Joseph Ketaner.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday January 24th, 2018 at Princess Anne Memorial Park. 1110 N. Great Neck Road in Virginia Beach.
