Bryan Theodore Foote, 42, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 in Virginia Beach, VA. Born August 2, 1971 in Portsmouth, VA, he was the son of the late Richard Foote and Gina Phelps Lawhorne. Bryan worked as a carpenter in the construction industry and loved collectables and was a “Top Gun” billiards player. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
