It was an honor to call you my grandmother. I will miss you everyday and love you forever. We had a special bond which I will never forget. I can’t believe you are gone, but you are with Papa now. Rest in peace G-ma.
Love,
Your Booey
I will forever cherish the memories I have of her. Her spirit was warm, loving, and kind. From the first time I met her, she made me feel welcomed and she opened her arms to me as part of the family. She knew how to have a good time and share a good laugh. Above all of that, her love for her family was the strongest. In return, Zoey (her great-granddaughter) loved her Grandmamama, and I am grateful Zoey was able to meet her and have a relationship with her. Luckily, I have several keepsakes from her, and I look forward to telling Zoey about each one when she is older. Love you Grandma
Dear Rene,

We are sorry about the loss of Maxine.
We really thought a lot of her. We will
miss her.
Our sincerest sympathy on the passing of your mom. I met her when my mom became her neighbor at First Colonial Inn and Maxine immediately became her best friend and helped her with the transition to assisted living. When my mom started her memory decline, Maxine stepped up to take extra care of her and always made sure she was all right. She was an angel placed in my mom’s life by God and I will be forever grateful that she blessed our lives. I wish that God’s grace will give you strength and peace during these days of loss and that you continue to find ways to celebrate your mom’s life.
Mom, words cannot describe the impact you had on so many lives. You were our rock. My heart aches so bad. You will be missed by so many, but you will live on in each of us. I love and miss you so much.
I wish we could have been there for all of you the way you were there for me when my Daddy (J.P. Trosper, 12-08-1998) died. Love does not die. We love Uncle Don and Aunt Maxine and all of you.
You were an inspiration to everyone around you. I will always remember your wisdom and warm-heartedness. You inspired integrity and encouraged others to be the best they could be. All I am or ever hope to be, I owe to you. When you left for heaven, it was the first sorrow wept without you. I can only pray that I can have as strong of a finish to my life as you did. I love you to heaven and back and miss you so, momma.
