It’s always very sad when anyone passes on. This must be tough for you Aunt Virginia and the rest of the family left behind. Although we never had the opportunity to get to know each other very well, you are still part of my family and my thoughts are with all of you at this time.
We are sadden by the passing of “Joe” a greaty neighbor on Lens Ave in the late 50’s, a positive roll model for a teenager teaching me “all I know” about baseball (Joe’s words)and a good friend in recent years.
We woukd see Joe picking up dinner for Virginia or sitting in Target waiting for the pharmacy to fill an RX. We remembered the ole days and he kept us laughing with his humor.
We know he loved his faamily and was very proud of his daughters and their famlies.
For those who attended the funeral of my father on April 10, I want to say a big “thank you.” It meant a lot to me and my family that you took the time to share the experience with us and to share with us some of your favorite memories of my Dad. Thanks for being a part of his life, and ours.
