Catherine Varilla Bove, 88, of Roanoke and formerly of Freeland, PA, passed away on Monday, December 29th, 2014 in Roanoke, VA.
She was born in Hazleton, PA on February 7, 1926, the daughter of the late George Varilla and the late Mary Vanick Varilla. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Anthony Bove.
She is survived by: three daughters: Bernice (Edward) Kirby of Hackettstown, NJ; Marlene (Randy) St. Clair of Roanoke, VA; Trudi (Tony) Chavez of El Paso, TX. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Darcy (Rich) Dobbins and Edward Kirby Jr. of Hackettstown, NJ, Kaylie and Max St. Clair of Roanoke, VA and Jay, Gino and Matthew Chavez of El Paso, TX. and great-grandchildren: Zachary, Trevor and Madison Williams, and step-great grandchild, Victoria Dobbins, all of Hackettstown, NJ. Mrs. Bove is also survived by one sister, Martha Simko of Freeland, PA plus numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at a later date.
