Cindy Lou Paramore, 50, was born February 21, 1965 in Oneonta, New York. She passed away peacefully October 11, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her husband, Tony Paramore; daughter, Amanda Paramore of Boone, NC; son, Tyler Paramore of Virginia Beach; father, Chester DeCarr of Oneonta, NY; brother, Chester DeCarr of Oneonta NY; sister, Cathleen DeCarr-Saup Oneonta, NY; sister, Carla Wolfe of Utica, NY; sister, Cheryl DeCarr-Foote of Oneonta, NY. Cindy was preceded in death by her mother, Anne Marie DeCarr, and her brothers, Curtis DeCarr and Chris DeCarr.

Friends are invited to join the family for a Celebration of Life on Sunday, October 18, 2015, at 4:00 PM, at the Family Choice Funeral Home at 5401 Indian River Road, Virginia Beach, 23464. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Sentara Hospice House at 3760 Sentara Way, Virginia Beach, VA, 23452.
