
Clara P. deLeon, 91, of Norfolk, passed away on Monday, January 30, at her home, with her loving family by her side. Born on November 18, 1920 in the Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Lorenzo and Eufemia Pablo Moreno, and wife to the late Carlos deLeon.
She is survived by her daughter, Lourdes Figueroa, her husband, Jess, and their children, Alan Joel Figueroad (Gina), Joanne Yap (Patrick), Jovy Sebastian (John), Josef Figueroa (Sarah), and their grandchildren, AJ, Joshua, Jessica, Andrei, Joacob, Jerome, Jorel, Joanna, Jacinta, Johnny Boy, Julia, and Miya; son, Carlos deLeon, Jr., his wife, Susan, and their children, Charina, Colleen, and Chelsea; daughter, Concepcion, her husband, Cris Contreras; daughter, Consolacion, her husband, Romeo Buelva, and their children, Carla and Denise; daughter, Cynthia, her husband, Jose Cenera, and their daughter, Faith; daughter, Evelyn, her husband, Augusto Dizon, and their children, Gazell and Gabriel; son, Edwin deLeon; and many more family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Friday, February 3, from 7 – 9 p.m. at Family Choice Funerals & Cremations, 5401 Indian River Road, Virginia Beach, 23464. A graveside service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, 6309 E. Virginia Beach Bloulevard, Norfolk, 23502.
