Dear Michele,
I can’t help but giggle when I look at this picture of Dennis…that smile brings back so many wonderful memories of our time in Ocilla. He was such a dear friend and buddy. Thank you so much for being so kind by letting me talk to him a few weeks ago. I will always treasure that long conversation with him. My thought and prayers are with you and your family.
With much love,
Lynne Broadhurst Childs
Dear Michelle and family,
Another hard twist in the road for those who knew and loved Dennis.
Dennis was like a brother to me. We had great times and he was always smiling and laughing. I will cherish the last two conversations with him.
He loved you so much and his kids and grandchildren were the best!
I am picturing him and Dwayne laughing about silly and stupid things they did as teenagers. Lol!!!!
Dennis went on a beach trip in his little Miata with me, my Mom, Aunt Betty, and my little girl, Megan. We did a lot of laughing, snorkeling, and he talked about this girl he met, Michelle. He actually left us earlier than expected so he could get back to her. I knew it was serious then. I am so glad he had you in his life!
Prayers for you and the kids! You know how to reach me! God bless you!
Love and big hugs, Carrie
