I was stunned to hear the news and so saddened for the loss of such a wonderful, delightful person way too soon. I met Devon when we worked together in Harrisburg, PA in the late 1990’s. She was always the bright spot in the day! My sincerest condolences to you for your loss, but thank God she rests in joy with Him forever.
Devon, I will miss you so much. I am honored to have had you as my sister. It was because of you taking the big step and joining the Air Force that I chose to follow in your steps and join the Army. Then you forged ahead to go to college and that made me determined that I to would graduate. My greatest memories of our youth was when you would sign and play the piano. Your singing was angelic and now you will be an angel singing at the side of God. I love you and will miss you forever.
My prayers and thoughts are with you Shea and Chris, But always remember “Those we love don’t go away, They walk beside us everyday”. Devon is now with Dorinda in heaven, she was way too young and vibrant but now she sits with God and feels no pain, All my Love Annie
