I remember Junior as a little boy who was always smiling and happy in spite of what ever happened in his life. I have seen him in later times having a struggle to get thru life and not succeeding very well. I saw him last year at a family reunion in Kibler Valley and yes, he was smiling. He will be missed.
My cousin, i miss those summers riding bikes down to the spring, fishing & swimming in river and playing around pond behind Pop-Pop’s house on Red Toad Road. Hanging out at Baileys house, begging rides to Northeast to buy candy from the general store. Getting subs from Whiteys and laying awake at night in the back room with the windows open, telling stories and listening to the traffic passing by on Rt 40. Things were a lot simpler in those days, I miss them. My Condolences to Aunt Beula, Debbie, Caroline and to Junior’s children.
Junior was a very talented guitar player and singer. I have fond memories of him, myself, and Daddy playing music together back in the day. He will forever be etched in my memories.
I would like to offer my condolences to the family. I didn’t know Donnie but I know some of the family. I’m sure your hearts are breaking. Beaulah and Sassy I love you very much! My prayers are with you. May God be with you during your time of grief. Lots of hugs to you.
