
Edward Cezary Kolpak, 72, met Jesus face-to-face on Monday, March 23, 2015 in Chesapeake, VA. Born on September 13, 1942 in Oregon, IL, he was the son of the late Edward Kolpak and Alice Kolpak. Ed worked as a Project Manager in the Heavy Construction industry, and attended Greenbrier Church. When not working, he enjoyed playing golf and tending to his garden. Ed will be remembered for his love for his family and the monumental projects which he engineered and oversaw through their completion. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Marie Kolpak of Virginia Beach, VA; three daughters, Lindy Cockcroft and her husband, Ben of Seaside, OR, Karen Crowley and her husband, Tim of Virginia Beach, VA, Kristin Casciani and her husband, Matt of Virginia Beach, VA; three sisters, Connie, Patsy, and Sharon; and eleven grandchildren, Samantha, Shannon, Conor and Alyssa Crowley, Mia and Vincent Casciani, Grant and Lydia Stahla, and April, Travis, and Lucas Cockcroft. In addition to his parents, Ed was predeceased by his daughter, Kami Kolpak-Stahla, and his brother, Stanley Kolpak.
