Fay Naomi Palmer, 82, passed away on Friday, November 13th, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am at Spring Branch Community Church. Burial will follow at Princess Anne Memorial Park 1:00 pm.

    We were so sorry to hear of Fay’s passing. We have been next door neighbors for 27 years. Fay was a lovely lady, and she will be missed.

    The news of Fay’s passing was a sad start to my day. I knew her from the Seamsters group of the Hampton Roads Sewing Guild. Fay was a true “Fashionista,” a sweet, gracious, lovely, and kind lady. I will miss seeing her at guild meetings as well as chatting when we ran into each other at the local grocery store.
