Virginia Beach – Flamin Castil Carolino, Sr., 73. Passed away on August 25, 2015.
Born in Anda, Pangasinan, Philippines, on November 1, 1941. He was the son of Pedro and Juana Castil Carolino.
Flamin C. Carolino, Sr. was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He graduated from Dagupan Colleges of the Philippines, School of Nursing. He came from the Philippines and settled in the United States. He loved his adopted country and was an American patriot. He was a nurse supervisor in New York City and at Norfolk General Hospital. For 30 years he was the founder and owner of Carolino Seafood Corp., a successful seafood business in Norfolk, Virginia. He was well loved by all of his customers. He enjoyed ballroom dancing, swimming, entertaining and was an avid fisherman. Most of all, he enjoyed the company of all his friends and family.
Flamin C. Carolino, Sr. is preceded in death by his father Pedro Carolino; his mother Juana Castil Carolino and brothers Eleurefe Carolino; Hazael Carolino; and Deciderio Carolino.
Left to cherish in his memory are his loving wife and best friend of 50 years Corazon Razon Carolino; his son Flamin R. Carolino, Jr. Esq. and wife Jill Carolino, Esq. of Dayton Beach Shores; his son Patrick R. Carolino current owner of Carolino Seafood and wife Mary Carolino of Virginia Beach; and his daughter Joanne Carolino of New York City; and grandchildren Patrick Austin and Eleanor Carolino of Virginia Beach; his loving brothers and sisters: Mrs. Elemile Carolino Dacanay; Mrs. Sefora Carolino Cruz; Mr. Gerome Castil Carolino; Mrs. Adoracion Carolino Tabiando; Mr. Virgilio Castil Carolino; and Mrs. Eureca Carolino Afalla. and many loving bother and sisters in law, nieces and nephews.
