Frances Theresa Elliott, 87, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 14th, 2017 surrounded by her loving family in Smithfield, VA. Frances was born on September 8th, 1929 in New York and she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Micale and wife of the late William Elliott, Sr. Frances was a giver, she was a servant for our Lord. She was a member of Gateway Free Will Baptist Church.

She is survived by her brother, Patrick (Joanie) Micale, of Orlando FL; her Aunt, Rosemary Monticello of Syracuse, NY; her Son, William (Henrietta) Elliott of Virginia Beach, VA; her Daughter, Kathleen Harris of Knightdale, NC; her Son, Thomas Elliott of Clarksville, TN; her Daughter, Mary (Thomas) of Smithfield, VA; and her Daughter, Carolyn Elliott of Clarksville, TN.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 18th, 2017 from 9:30 am to 10:45 am at Bethany Free Will Baptist Church 2430 Azalea Garden Rd Norfolk, Virginia 23513. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am at Bethany Free Will Baptist Church. A graveside service will be held on July 18th, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Norfolk.
