Gina Renee Lawhorne, 68, passed away Monday, July 29, 2013. Born December 27, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Cecil Phelps and Ethel Craig Phelps of Norfolk, and the wife of the late William Lawhorne.

She is survived by her sons, Richard Foote of Suffolk, Bryan Foote of Virginia Beach and Jeremy Hounshell of Watertown, New York; daughters, Tammie Hounshell of Greenbriar, Arkansas and Anita Wheeler of Savannah, Georgia; and brothers, Guy and Harrell Phelps. In addition to her parents and husband, Gina is predeceased by her brother, Joe Phelps.

A private memorial service will be held at the family residence. Please leave a condolence for the family via the online guestbook.
