Glenda G. Bluhm, 66, passed away peacefully September 6, 2013 surrounded by her loving family.
A celebration of life will be held at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at Family Choice Funerals and Cremations, 5401 Indian River Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23454.
Glenda was a great supporter of the Tidewater Association of Service Contractors and the Tidewater Government Industry Council as well as a friend and fellow government contracting colleague. I will miss her and her contributions to our profession.
May god rest your beautiful soul Glenda.

Glenda made great contributions to the defense community over the years and was respected by many people. I was personally grateful for her kindness and eagerness to help wherever she could, especially as she made me feel so welcomed when I first joined some of the organizations that she poured into. Thank you Glenda! You will definitely be missed.
