Norfolk – Glenn Jerome Lucian, 63, peacefully passed away on March 20, 2017, after a 15-month battle with cancer.
Born on Nov 7, 1953, in the Panama Canal Zone, he was part of an Air Force family who settled in York County, VA. He graduated from York High School in 1973, and lived in the Hampton Roads area throughout his life.
Previously, Glenn was the owner of Heritage Auto Parts in Newport News, and later Kleen Sweep Lawn Service in Chesapeake. He worked as a manager for Pep Boys for many years, currently at the Military Highway location in Norfolk.
Glenn was a gentle giant and a great mentor. He enjoyed riding motorcycles with his buddies, the beach (and those scary moonlight strolls), the mountains, New Orleans, and good times with his family and friends. He will be truly missed by all.
Glenn is survived by the special person in his life, Sandy Tuttle, and their dog Harley. He was predeceased by his father, Jerry Lucian, but is survived by his mother Elaine Millar & her husband Harold (Red) Millar. He is also survived by his son Steven and his wife Amanda of Crimora, VA; his daughter Tiffany, and her mother, Sherri Lucian, of Chesapeake. Also surviving are his siblings, Janice Tolotti (Eddie) & Eileen Robards (Tom) of Williamsburg; Jacqueline Haskins (Kenny) of North Pole, AK; Frank Lucian (Alison) of Clovis, CA, and their families; and his loyal best friend Todd Richardson.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 26th, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Family Choice Funerals & Cremations 5401 Indian River Road Virginia Beach, Virginia 23464. A Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 pm at Family Choice Funerals & Cremations to celebrate Glenn’s life.
