Iva I. Reese, 72 of Virginia Beach passed away on June 21, 2011. She was predeceased by her husband of 37 years, John E. Reese “Big John”. A native of Lewistown, Ohio; Johnstown, New York and Butler, Pennsylvania, she is survived by her children Sharon, Susan, and Bob along with seven grandchildren, eleven great-granchildren and one great-great grandchild.

She was an active member of many fraternal organizations (Moose, VFW and the Elks). She enjoyed her grandchildren and also had a great love for her pets. She was known as a lovable, grumpy, one-eye brow raising old woman.

Services will be private.

    Dear Sue and family, So sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. I remember so many good times we had at the Moose many years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
