J. Sheila Berry, 64, went to be with the Lord Sunday, July 27, 2014 in Bel Air, MD. Born August 16, 1949 in Havre de Grace, MD, she was the daughter of the late Walter K. and Estella Fox Cole.
She loved to send cards to people; it truly was her ministry! She loved to have Birthday parties for the kids, the wilder the better. One of her classic sayings when it was time to eat or cook was, “Go wash your paws.” When her husband and son would get home, she would say, “What have you boys been up to?” She loved reading her Bible and there truly was no greater prayer warrior! She always said “God is Good…All the Time!”
She is survived by her loving husband, Gordon Paul “Skip” Berry; two daughters, Caprice Turner and her husband, Stephen of New Park, PA and Melissa Harrison and her husband, David of Fallston, MD; a son, Robert Berry of Delta, PA; six grandchildren, Rachael Turner, Emily Turner, Hannah Turner, Catherine Turner, Olivia Turner, and Noah Greene; a sister, Darlene Bobo; and four brothers, Ron Cole, Ritchie Cole, Kirk Cole and Bryan Cole. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Isaac Turner.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 31, 2014, 6:30 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 48 Muddy Creek Forks Road, Brogue, PA with Pastor Chris Starr officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Sheila meant the world to our family. We will miss her weekly phone calls which always encouraged us & sometimes cheered us up! Some of those phone calls came at just the right time! Her prayers for us meant so much to us. She was such a wonderful, Godly lady & Prayer Warrior! Looking forward to being reunited with her one day!
