James Fredrick Linger, Jr., 61, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2014 in Virginia Beach, VA. Born February 2, 1953 in Newport, NJ, he was the son of the late James Fredrick Linger, Sr. and Mildred Veronica Johnson Linger, and husband of the late JoAnn Phillips Linger. James will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his brother Edward Evans and his wife, Nancy of Jacksonville, FL; nieces, Gina Evans Page and her husband Jerome of Hazlet, NJ, Tammy Hernandez and her husband, Izzy of Linden, NJ, Theresa Rivera of Virginia Beach, VA; nephew, David Rivera and his companion Veronica Arbelaez of Virginia Beah; and many other nieces and nephews. Besides his parents and his wife, James is predeceased by his sister, Audrey of Linden, NJ and nephew Robert Moore of Davies, FL.
