James Franklin Miller Jr., 91, passed away on Thursday, November 19th, 2015 in Chesapeake . Born December 22nd, 1923 in Norfolk, he was the son of James Miller and the late Mary Miller. Mr. Miller was a veteran of the U.S.Navy. He worked as a auditor for the Federal Government.
