  1. It was with great sadness that I learned of Jeff’s passing. My condolences to the entire Wilcox family. Maryhelen, Mason and Kennedy you are in my thoughts and prayers. Jeff was a tremendous Shipmate, Leader and Friend. It was a privilege to serve a long side him. Reading his obituary was a little hard for me, but it also made me smile a little because it really did capture my memory of him right down to the baking. There will not be a time when Wisconsin is playing football, that I am watching, that I won’t think of him. May God’s peace be with you.

  3. It was a pleasure serving with Jeff on 2 occasions. I will always remember him as the passionate professional he was, and loving father and husband that doted on his family often. Kim and I send out our prayers for Maryhelen, Mason and Kennedy.
