Judith Marilyn “Judaphonic” Green, 63, passed away on Saturday, November 29th, 2014 after a long illness in Virginia Beach. Born on April 24th, 1951 in New York, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Brelle and Winifred Walton Brelle. Judith graduated from East Carolina University and went on to receive her Masters Degree from the University of Virginia. Mrs. Green worked as a school teacher for several area high schools. Judy was a strong woman with a fun-loving spirit and will be missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by two sons, Ryland Brelle Green and his fiancee, Laura Mannino of Virginia Beach, and Kevin Andrew Green and his fiancee, Jessica Findlay and her daughter, Cassidy of Smithfield; a granddaughter, Giuliana Joyce Green of Virginia Beach; and four sisters, Elizabeth Whitman, Janet Brelle, Linda Saccetti, and Christine Mienel; five nieces; and three nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Brelle.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, December 20, 2014, 2:00 p.m. at Family Choice Funerals & Cremations, 5401 Indian River Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23464. Chaplain Dick Dinges will officiate the service. Memorial Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.
