Julito Mata Antolin, Master Chief Petty Officer, US Navy (Retired), passed away on June 14, 2023.
Born on May 18, 1946, in Urdaneta, Pangasinan, Philippines, Julito was the son of late parents Isidro and Encarnacion Antolin, who instilled in him a strong work ethic and a commitment to his family and country. He joined the United States Navy, became a US Citizen, and served his country proudly for over three decades before retiring honorably. His service culminated as a Head Chef for Navy Admirals and Marine Corps Generals, organizing and cooking for many US and International Dignitaries and Government Officials.
In addition to his military service, Julito enjoyed many hobbies and interests. Known as “Lito” to his friends and family, he enjoyed cooking for everyone just as much as sharing in the meal with them at the table. He also enjoyed fishing, gardening, walking, dancing, and bird watching. He was generous, patient, kind and gentle – a loving and doting husband, an exemplary father and a happy grandfather.
Lito is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Lydia T. Antolin; their son, Julito T. Antolin, Jr.; and his siblings: Ernesto, Romeo and Leonora. His loss will be deeply felt by all who knew him.
The family has requested that services be held privately. Lito will be remembered for his dedication, kindness, generosity, and unwavering love and commitment to his family and country.
The family has requested that no flowers be ordered or sent, thank you.

Dear Lydia and Family,
I am so very sad to read of passing of Lito. He was such a wonderful man! I will never forget when he worked for my parents Adm & Mrs. Lyons two different times in Norfolk and Hawaii, he was truly a member of our family.
He was a master chef and cooked fantastic menus for many dignitaries that my parents entertained. Lito, was always positive and had a fabulous smile, that was contagious. He was always there for my parents as well as my brother and myself!!!
I am sure Mom/Dad greeted Lito when he arrived in heaven, and they are all sharing many stories from their Navy days!
My heart and prayers go out to you and your family,
Michele
