Kimberly Marie (Plante) Meredith of Norfolk, Virginia passed away unexpectedly on May 5, 2023.
Kimberly was born on September 21, 1995 to Arthur and Victoria Plante in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Kimberly practiced karate earning a second degree black belt in 2009 and attended competitive tournaments from ages six through sixteen. Her other love was dance, where she participated in competitive studio dance for ten years. Additionally, she spent four more years as a member of the Holy Family High School Varsity dance team.
After Kimberly graduated from Holy Family Catholic High School in Victoria, Minnesota in 2014, she went on to study at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Kimberly decided to move to Portsmouth, Virginia in August of 2016. She later started her own business, Norfolk Cleaning Service, offering professional residential and commercial services in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. She loved working with her clients and providing top-notch cleaning and organizing services.
Kim loved the outdoors, hiking, playing golf, and exploring many areas of the country on family trips. Her infectious smile, chill demeanor, and willingness to help others touched all of us. She loved animals of all kinds, especially cats and had a special connection with them.
Kimberly was predeceased by Leo A. Palchesko (maternal grandfather), Louise J. Palchesko (maternal grandmother), John M. Plante (paternal grandfather) and Mary Louise Plante (paternal grandmother). Kimberly is survived by Victoria Plante (mother), Arthur Plante (father) and Brian Plante (brother).
A memorial service to honor Kimberly’s life will be planned at a later date for family and friends.
