Nadine Mildred Pope, 81, passed away on Tuesday, November 15th, 2016 in Chesapeake, Virginia. Born on April 18th, 1935 in Woodstock, Vermont. She was the daughter of Ernest and Regis Jillson. Nadine was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Nadine is survived by her husband of 61 years, Robert E. Pope, and other loving family members.
A graveside service will be held at a later date at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans’ Cemetery in Suffolk.

Randy,I am truly sorry for your loss. I never had the opportunity to meet your mom but she must have been a remarkable person to raise a son like you. My heart is sad in the loss of Aunt Jill. I remember her with a smile on her face and laughing. She always had candy in her pocket. I wish I had known her more.
