
Nancy F. Fulgham, 68, passed away peacefully March 27, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.
“Mimi” as she was affectionately known by her family and friends was born July 16, 1947 to the late William and Rita Foote in Fall River, Massachusetts. She loved spending time with her family going on road trips and camping. Nancy was an avid Redskins fan and a longtime Ricky Rudd fan and never missed an opportunity to watch them. “Mimi” will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister-in-law, aunt and friend. She will be deeply missed.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 37 years, James Fulgham, Jr.; son, Boyd Leonard, Jr.; two daughters, Gerry Kempster and Melissa Leonard; two grandson: Damian Lee Dodson, William (Willie) Leonard, III; two granddaughters: Lauren Kempster and Jasmine Dodson; great-granddaughter, Mila Jackson; brother, Donald Foote and numerous family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held at, 1:00 pm, Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Princess Anne Memorial Park. Please share your condolences with the family at www.FamilyChoiceFunerals.com

Nancy will surely be missed. She always welcomed us to her home when we cane to town to visit. She also welcomed patty to the family. We will miss her good sense of humor and kindness she always showed us.

Nancy will surely be missed,she always welcomed you in her home with open arms. She liked going shopping and getting her hair done,she was fun to hang around with especially watching Redskin football and Nascar. Nancy going miss you you but you always be in my heart♡
