Patricia Saunders Zechini, 70, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed away September 17, 2022. Patricia was born on August 31, 1952 the third of five children to the late Elwood Ray Saunders and S. Vernice Saunders.

Trish, as many knew her by, wore many different titles in her life both professionally and personally. She and family members were proud of her personal achievements including a Bachelor’s degree of Psychology from ODU while in her 40’s and sobriety for over the last 7 years. In more recent years her joy was to curl up on the couch with a pup as she read a good book.

Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Jennifer (Robert) Galloway and Amy (James)Stalcup, grandchildren Tyler Galloway, Ema Stalcup, and Cali Stalcup. Her Sisters and Brother, Diane (Allen) Smith, Thomas (Phyllis) Saunders, Lynn Daily, and Lisa (Robert) Boller as well as host of Nieces and Nephews.

Patricia will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at Family Choice, starting at 6pm.
