Jody Cassandra McClary, 78, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 22nd, 2014. Jody was born in Giles County, VA. She went north for a while then returned to Roanoke, VA where she retired. She loved her time in Roanoke.

Jody was the wife of the late Kenneth Franklin McClary. She is survived by her 3 Sons, Keith Robin Ratcliffe, Theodore Guy Ratcliffe & Bruce Allen Ratcliffe; 1 Daughter, Jody Ann McClary; Grandson, Michael franklin Baker; 8 other grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; Sister, JoAnn Rhodes; Brother, Henry Lewis Rhodes and Best Friends Bobby & Ruth Epperly.

The family wishes to thank Family Choice Funerals & Cremations and Gentiva Home Health for all their kindness and care.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Ivy Hill Cemetery, Alexandria, VA.

    Jody, your mother was a very beautiful woman and I think you look a lot like her.I know this is a very hard time for you and your family and I am praying for you that God will give you comfort and strength in the days to come

    Dear grandma Mack, I all short o being able to express my emotions toward our loss.I’m glad I got to see meemaw bore she passed. I’m very thankful or that. We all miss her and I will continue praying for us all. I love you. <3
