Richard Alan Keenan, 54, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2014. He was born May 26, 1960 in Portsmouth, Va.

Preceded in death by his father, John Sr. He is survived by his mother, Eileen; siblings John Jr. and Carolyn (Bruce); beloved children Devin, Kyle and Ricki; nieces, nephews and many lifelong friends.

Richard was a carpet installer by trade and an all-around handyman. He enjoyed sports, fishing with his brother, and playing frisbee golf.

Services will be private. A special thanks to the Sentara Hospice Service

    We have known Rick for many years and he will be missed greatly. Condolences go out to his family who are grieving at this time.
