Richard Paul Minch III, 86, died from natural causes after a short illness on Saturday, April 23rd, 2016 in Capron, VA.

Richard was born on April 21st, 1930, in Chester VT, and was a 30-Year Retired Navy Chief and a Korean War Veteran.

He was the son of Richard P. Minch Jr and Marion Holman Minch. He is survived by his sister Clara of Keene NH, brother Charlie of California, brother Howard of New Hampshire and sister Marlene of Palm Coast, FL.

Chief Minch will be inurned at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, Virginia.
