  3. Words truly cannot express the sadness and emptiness we are all feeling right now. Robert was our adopted son from another mom and dad of course and a sibling to my three Randy, Jessie and Britney. We have known him since he was knee high, he always had a smile on his face, a camo hat and sunglasses…even at night. He shared his passion of nature with my boys and loved protecting my daughter as her big brother. Robert, we miss you terribly, we will keep you in our hearts and remember you and the impact you made on us. I wish this would of been a different outcome, but until we meet again, Godspeed! We love you!
Robert, Amy, Gabby and family, please know that we are praying for you all, you are in our thoughts. I can’t imagine what you are and will continue to go through. You were blessed to have Robert, I wish it was for much much longer! My heart is breaking for you, I pray the Lord will bring peace only he can bring in the storm. We love you all!

  5. I have known Robert since I was 16. I met him through Randy. I spent so. Much time with him over the years, made even more memories. He was always so goofy, telling jokes, out for a good laugh. I’ll never forget that. To this day, I can’t listen to Craig Morgan without thinking of him. Rob was the first person that ever showed me how to line dance. One of my favorite memories of him was a simple one. We were up at the farm for a weekend with friends, and he knew I brought a stash of Christmas Tree Cakes. I shared them, of course. On our way out, he was waving frantically out of his truck window. When I stuck my head out, he was yelling about how excited he was to find the one I had stashed in his camp hunting bag! Rob also became a friend to my stepdad, John. He spent time with him hunting and fishing. I will never forget Robert. I’ve spent every day praying for him, and for your family. My deepest condolences go out to his entire family. I hope God blesses you all, and brings you peace. Robert was truely a soul to celebrate.

  9. Tracy Everton and Gloubke Family,
My sincere condolences for Robert’s tragic loss. I worked with Robert at the Norfolk Police Officer. I will always remember him as being the funny, fun and outgoing goof that he was. Robert always had a smile on his face and he was great to be around. I remember he was soliciting pictures of feet one year so that he could help raise money for children in other countries who didn’t have shoes, through the TOMS shoe company.

Robert was an honorable man who served his community with bravery and integrety. Robert, you will be missed.

    Sincerely,

    Bea Huptich

We are very shocked and saddened to hear of your loss. We will pray for you and your family. It seems like yesterday when little Robert and Gabby would come to visit at station 15 and we would have so much fun.

  14. I’ve always said I worry for my boyfriend because my mom blessed me with two brothers but God gave me many more. Robert was definitely one of them. It’s all so unreal for me I’m still waiting for that text from him saying what’s going on sis. I find myself thinking about him all the time I don’t think that will ever change. I love and forever will miss you Robert. I’m so sorry for his family and friends.
