Robert Kenneth Harvey, 76, passed away on Wednesday, April 27th, 2016 in Newport News. Born on October 21st, 1939 in Utica, NY. He was the son of Robert Harvey and Marian Harvey. Robert was a veteran of the U.S.Army.

He is survived by Brothers: Richard, Donald, and Lynn Harvey; Daughters: Elizabeth Harvey, Jennifer Tunney, Cynthia Corbin, Sarah Haines, and Rachael Horvath; Son: Jacob Zangrilli.
