Robert L. Mount completed his life journey on October 17, 2017. In his own words “He came, he stayed awhile, he went.”
Bob was born on June 10, 1937 in Greeley, CO, to the late Lawrence and Mildred Mount.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Mount; son, Jeff Mount (Wendy) and grandchildren: Phoebe, Charlie, and Skylar of Fairfield, CT; stepdaughter, Megan Zearfoss (Bill) of Pinehurst, NC; sister, Patricia Webber of Casper, WY.
He is preceded in death by Barbara Meisner Mount.
A celebration of Bob’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 5th, at Saint John Lutheran Church on Tidewater Drive in Norfolk.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation or Saint John Lutheran Church.
