Robin Sue Makowski, 58, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 in Chesapeake, VA. Born on March 21, 1956 in Buffalo, NY, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Forkl and Dorthy Forkl. Robin excelled in her work as a Financial Secretary for the Chesapeake Schools. She found great joy working with ceramics and other arts & crafts, especially with her grandchildren. Robin dearly loved her family and she will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 30 years, Richard S. Makowski of Chesapeake, VA; two sons, Henry N. Williams, II and his wife, Tracy of Chafee, NY, Darrell N. Williams and his wife, Jennifer of Chesapeake, VA; daughter, Michelle L. Flood and her husband, Danial, Chesapeake, VA; and nine grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Robin was predeceased by two brothers, George and Bob Farkl, and sisters Shirley and Sylvia.

A private celebration of life service was held at the family residence on Friday, November 28, 2014.
