Salvatore Joseph DeRise, 52, of Roanoke passed away Sunday, June 21, 2015 in Roanoke, VA. Born June 22, 1962 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of Salvatore DeRise and the late Bridgett DeRise. Salvatore worked as a truck driver. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his father, Savatore DeRise of Brooklyn, NY, and his sister, Joanne Rosina, of Roanoke, VA. Savatore was predeceased by his mother, Bridgett DeRise.

A celebration of Savatore’s life will be held on a later date in New York. Please check back for updated information.
