Virginia Beach- Sheila Brown Boggs, 67, passed away May 8, 2012 in Norfolk. She is the daughter of the late Juanita and Fredrick Brown.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Bowman of Virginia Beach; grandchildren, Dakota and Makenna; sisters, Glenda Selover and her husband, Earl of North Carolina and Donna Williamson and her husband, David Kantor of Virginia Beach.
