Stephen T. Dow, 77, of Chesapeake, Virginia, passed away on October 30, 2019.

A celebration of life for Stephen will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 starting at 5 pm at Great Bridge Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made to St. Jude’s Hospital in Stephen’s name.
