This is to Rob, Jennifer & Melissa, from two members of your St. Aidan’s family. We both thought of Tom as a quiet gentleman who saw some trouble in his life, like when he took on you three at a critical time in your lives. And we suspect you were a handful during those EYC years. No, we know you were. What we do suspect, and strongly, is that he was very important in making each of you the person you are. He was there for you. Jean plans to be at the service on Friday; unfortunately, Barry has a commitment he cannot avoid at that same hour. But we both wanted you to know that we’re thinking of you and that we thought a great deal of Tom.
We’ll miss him too.
