Todd Allen Spencer, 50, passed away on Saturday, July 9th, 2016.
“Spence” as he was affectionately known, was born July 14th, 1965 to Robert Spencer and Linda LaMahn in Orange County, California. He served our country proudly in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a Chief. Todd loved life and lived it to the fullest. He loved being with his family and friends, being outdoors and riding his motorcycle. Todd’s large frame and tattoos could be intimidating to some, but his family and friends would say he never met a stranger and had a heart of gold. He was a longtime member of the Elks Lodge 2268 and the Southern Riders Motorcycle Club. Todd will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be deeply missed.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Samantha Jacobs Spencer; two sons, Samuel and Nathan Spencer; daughter, Nichole Spencer; granddaughter, Kacie Gallardo; a grandson, Brodie Gallardo and a number of extended family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, July 22, 2106 at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk.
Please share a memory with the family via the Condolences & Tributes tab.
Thank you, Mr. Spencer, for your service to our country.

Spence was truly a Great guy that I can call my friend. I was in disbelief when I heard about him and didn’t want to believe it was true. Time has a way of passing by in the blink of an eye that you just don’t realize it. I will always remember Spence and the times we had messing around with the Hotrods and hanging out. Our Deepest Sympathy and prayers goes out to his wife and children for their loss. The Dreblow family
