Tomas Cubar Raflores, 86, passed away November 13. Born December 24, 1924 in Laguna, Philippines.

He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Anita Baquiran Raflores; two sons, Ricardo, and Romeo Raflores; three daughters, Anicia “Annie” Compuesto, Maria Nelly Romulo, and Leticia Lampas. Besides his parents, Tomas was preceded in death by his son, Ruben Raflores.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 17th from 5 to 8 p.m. at Family Choice Funerals and Cremations, 5401 Indian River Road, VA Beach, 23464. A funeral mass will be offered on Friday, November 18th at 11 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 7800 Halprin Drive, Norfolk, 23518 with Father Nixon Negparanon presiding.
