Virginia Louise Stroud, 72, passed away on Wednesday, November 18th, 2015.

“Jenny” as she was affectionately known by was born September 19, 1943 to the late Robert Luttrell and Martha Sullivan in Tennessee. She knew how to light up a room and danced to her own tune. There was and will never be another spirit like our Jenny Lu. We will miss her dearly……

Left to cherish her memory is: two sons, Layne Stroud and Adam Stroud; granddaughter, Jackie Stroud; best friend, Rosely Stevens and husband Don; and a number of extended family members and friends.

A graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, November 24th at 11:00 am at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 8100 Granby St. in Norfolk. She will be laid to rest where she most wanted to be at the foot of her beloved mother’s grave.

    it was my distinct pleasure to work with and get to know Virginia. She had an amazing energy and zest for life. She adored her family and family of friends, and Jackie was the light of her life. I so sorry for your loss.
