
Vonda Lynn Farmer Mapp, of Norfolk, Virginia, passed away August 8, 2021. Vonda was born on December 15, 1960 in Norfolk to Kenneth and Shelby Farmer.
Vonda was raised in Virginia Beach.
As a young girl of blondish , brown hair, who was a tomboy and then grew into a trusting beautiful soul, she had a infectious smile. Independence was her nature, but parrelled a vast love for her sisters and family. Vonda had an adventurous spirit, with a love of animals and plants which produced a natural green thumb. A bartender that could pour you a good drink, take no mess. A product of the Aragona Kids, liked, loved and remembered by all.
She lived her life like a candle in the wind…..
She is survived by her sisters Brenda Lewis, Barbara Kuklock, and Baby sister Vicky Daugherty. Her step children Shelby and Hunter Calhoon. Also several nieces and nephews all that loved her dearly. She was predeceased by her loving mother Shelby Jean Coley, and the love of her life Bobby Calhoon.
Vonda will always be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, and friend. She loved her family and friends and being by the ocean.
